Eight-Foot Self-Portrait

So, I’ve been working on this 8ftx4ft self-portrait for months.. I’m trying to decide whether to finish it or not. I like it–but it’s honestly so weird.. I don’t really know what to think, or what to do with it after I get it finished! I’ll try to get a shot of it posted here soon. What can you do with an 8ft painting of your own face? Ugh. I’m really tempted to paint something else awesome over it–but I don’t know what. I’d love to get something done on it in time for the student art show, since it’s my last year here before I transfer. Sigh.

As for real life shenanigans, I’ve been working out more, and generally doing more housewifery (even though I am far from a housewife). Wedding planning is going well, and I should get all the invitations done this weekend.
